Session 2: Build Your Personal Recovery Toolkit & Plan. Here, we move from insight to action. You’ll learn practical psychological skills to manage overwhelming thoughts and create space between stress and your reaction.
Session 3: Implement, Troubleshoot & Lock in New Habits. You’ll leave with a confident, actionable plan to maintain momentum, rebuild your sense of accomplishment, and prevent falling back into old patterns.
